The Becklönne Lademonster - Available from Suffolk Farm Machinery
The link between harvesting and transport

The Lademonster - the loading monster- has its own hydraulic system, which is either driven by a plug-on pump on the provided tractor / hauler vehicle or by a top-mounted motor.
The transfer belt with top-mounted motor offers the greatest flexibility!

The large tyres (560/222.5 and 40 km/h speed approval) result in very good mobility of the system. Vehicles feeding the belt approach back- wards on two heavy duty ramps.

After opening the vehicle tailgate and starting the pushing or tipping process, conveyor operation can be started.  The trough walls are previously hydraulically unfolded to a length of 3.60 metres and the conveyor is hydraulically raised to the required loading height. Due to the plate-like structure of the belt, the system is able to transport various coarse-grained bulk materials.

The system is operated via a robust, well-proven remote control unit.
Picture
  • Harvesting with minimal damage to the soil thanks to optimal tyre pressure of harvesting vehicles in the field
  • Clean harvested crop without extraneous matter If greater distances are involved, trucks are the cheap, solution Small amount of dirt on roads
  • Trucks are more likely to be accepted by the general public, or perceived as less annoying than tractor-trailer combinations
  • Reduced stress on silo facilities as fewer vehicles bring large volumes for unloading
  • Lower transport costs than competitors, due to articulated trucks (85 - 90 m³).
  • Direct transfer of harvested crop without intermediate storage on the field
  • Reduction of energy losses in the harvested crop thanks to direct transfer
  • Saving on diesel fuel
  • Reduction of wear costs
